If I can think in one (or 2) word which describes the work you have done with the organization of our whole trip would be: EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT !! Indeed everything was AWESOME and really VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE!! The lodging, the transfers, the information (booklet and others) you provided at arrival, the professionalism and care of all the people we met… And for the itinerary chosen, the places we visit… CONGRATULATIONS for doing such a professional work!! WE ARE VERY VERY HAPPY!! Again, thanks so much! And we will spread the word of your professional services to anyone who plans to travel to South Africa and countries in the area. And of course, hope to meet you in person next time should we travel back to the area.

Zu schön war es in Südafrika, und das haben wir zum ganz grossen Teil Deiner tollen Organisation und Vorbereitung zu verdanken. Ach, es war einfach ganz ganz wunderbar! Danke danke danke! Die Begrüßung und VIP -Betreuung am Flughafen ,die exzellenten Streckenbeschreibungen mit Zeitangaben ( fand ich sehr praktisch!), die tollen kleinen Tipps, rundrum einfach perfekt! Wir haben jeden einzelnen Stop so genossen- die Lodges waren mit Sachkenntnis und Liebe ausgewählt und boten genau den richtigen Mix aus „einfachem Abenteuerfeeling“ bis hin zum Gefühl im Luxus zu schweigen. Die zeitliche Abwechslung war auch perfekt, erst ankommen in Hazyview, dann Selbstfahren und Zeltcamp in Tamboti, danach relaxen im Pezulu-Baumhaus und Kambaku: das war natürlich Verwöhnprogramm pur mit viel viel Safari-Touren. Zum Abschluss dann die Füsse hochlegen in Tomjachu- herrlich. Kambaku: Das war wirklich ganz ganz besonders! Das Team ist so so gastfreundlich und so darauf bedacht einen persönlich zu verwöhnen , die liebevollen Details von Housekeeping im Zimmer, die Küche ist sehr gut, das Küchenpersonal besonders freundlich( immer auch extzra vegetraische Komponenten für unseren Sohn), die Ranger und Fährtensucher harmonisch eingespielt- alles war wie ein schöner Traum- nur eben dass wir mittendrin sehr lebendig waren. Meinen Geburtstag dort verbringen zu können war ein echtes Highlight – Du wirst es Dir sicher so gedacht haben, doch für uns war es nochmal eine tolle Überraschung. Danke dafür und auch nochmal für Dein Büchlein über Mandela! Wir vermissen das Licht, die wunderbar freundlichen Menschen ( unser Sohn war hin und weg und will unbedingt wieder hin- „Mama, ich werde überall gegrüsst und so nett behandelt, das gibt es in Deutschland so gar nicht und ich muss ganz schnell Englisch lernen…“) und werden ganz sicher so bald wie möglich wiederkommen. Wir hoffen, dass wir Dich auch vielleicht demnächst mal wiedersehen und wundere Dich nicht, wenn sich vielleicht der eine oder andere Kollege von uns sich bei Euch meldet- wir empfehlen Euch überall. No queremos dejar de pasar la oportunidad de agradecerte todo lo que hiciste por nosotros la verdad es que tuvimos un viaje inolvidable, nos enamoramos de África y de cada uno de los lugares a los que fuimos. Estamos súper claros que haber escogido África como el destino de nuestra luna de miel fue la mejor decisión. Gracias Gracias por toda la coordinación, no tuvimos ningún problema con nada, estaba perfectamente armado la agenda de lo que íbamos a hacer, los lugares, horarios, todo… Sabemos que estuviste muy al pendiente de nosotros y estamos muy agradecidos con tus atenciones. Quiero que sepas que sin duda queremos regresar, ojalá que podamos lograrlo en un par de años que es lo que platicamos Memo y yo y quisiéramos que nos ayudaras porque estamos muy interesados en ir en época de migración (no sabemos en qué mes es) y queremos visitar Tanzania y Okavango Delta que recibimos muchos comentarios de lo extraordinario que es.

We were perfectly happy with the entire vacations and enjoyed every moment of it. Your suggestions of places to stay and / or to visit, the guides you have organised, as well as all the organisational elements of our trip all worked perfectly well and let us enjoy thoroughly every moment. The combination of towns / history (Apartheid Museum is truly a must, as well as Soweto) / nature and wildlife as well as the beach for relaxation fitted ideally what we were looking for. We appreciated very much your and Caren’s attention and availability. So in the name of all our family, very many thanks for all your efforts put into our trip. We returned to Switzerland rich of new impressions and experiences and with the joy of having spent memorable moments as a family.

Thank you. We had a great experience in Thornybush. Really great: venue, staff, freedom and game drives. It took us 15 minutes to “bump” into our first pride of lions and less than an hour for a leopard treat. The rest of the big 5 was only a matter of time. It was the first time for my uncle and cousins. You set the benchmark very high.

Die handpicked Hotels waren einsame Spitze, vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag. Nur das Hotel in Oudtshoorn war wohl ein bisschen überfordert , hatten gleichzeitig noch eine Hochzeit zu bewältigen. Auch das Abendessen im Waterkloof war genial, sowohl die Location als auch das Kulinarische. Alles in allem ein top Urlaub, dank Ihrer wunderbaren Organisation und der Auswahl der einzelnen Stationen.

Madikwe hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen, die Bushvilla war großartig, das Ambiente fantastisch und der Service super! Vor allem möchten wir uns aber auch nochmals ausdrücklich und ganz herzlich bei Dir und Deinem Team bedanken, dass Ihr uns nicht nur eine wunderschöne Reise perfekt organisiert habt, sondern auch Euch auch während dessen immer um uns gekümmert habt! Great trip all round. Kambaku was great and very comparable to other private lodges I have visited. The Ranger was great and I think Pierre had had him on a previous trip. The dinner in the bush was a highlight as well. Thanks for your help, as always.

War ein wirklicher Geheimtipp! Wir haben die gesamte Reise sehr genossen und möchten uns ganz herzlich für die wie immer perfekte Organisation und die rundum gelungene Auswahl der Lodges bedanken. Mil gracias de nuevo por todo. Ha sido un viaje maravilloso. No paro de recomendarlo a mis amigos y ya les he dado a varios tú contacto. Los hoteles muy bien y la gente encantadora. Todos los días han sido especiales. La parte de las cataratas algo más complicada porque tampoco íbamos muy preparadas pero todo resultó fácil al final y nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos. Esperamos volver…si tenemos esa suerte, te contactaremos con tiempo.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Reise in Südafrika. Die Tour, die du für uns zusammen gestellt hast, war super schön. Alle Hotels haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Höhepunkt war Shamwari. Wir haben uns dort so wohl gefühlt und hatten einen so netten und gut informierten Guide, Wuyo. Er passte einfach gut zu uns. Die Lodge “Elephant House” hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Die Safari war nicht ganz so schön, da man dort auch mit eigenen Autos durch den Park fahren konnte. Dadurch war es etwas konventioneller und nicht so ursprünglich – aber da wir noch keine Erfahrung mit Safaris hatten, ist uns das erst aufgefallen, nachdem wir in Shamwari waren. Ich bin noch so voller Eindrücke dieser wunderbaren Reise, dass ich noch gar nicht wieder richtig hier zu Hause angekommen bin. Ich könnte Dir noch lange etwas vor schwärmen. Mir ist es wichtig mich noch mal bei Dir zu bedanken, mit wie viel Feingefühl und Kenntnis Du diese Reise für uns zusammengestellt hast.

Wir haben dank Ihrer Hilfe einen wunderschönen Urlaub im traumhaften Südafrika erleben dürfen! Ihre Auswahl der Orte und Unterkünfte hat unseren Vorstellungen im Vorfeld sehr gut entsprochen und teilweise übertroffen. Es gab auch keinerlei Probleme vor Ort, überall wußte man Bescheid über unser Kommen und ein paar Unterkünfte waren sogar auf Anjas Laktoseintoleranz vorbereitet. Ihre Wegbeschreibung war teilweise ein unverzichtbarer Ratgeber, welche mein Handynavi gut ergänzt hat. Wir haben in den Unterkünften sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen getroffen, was uns geholfen hat, uns sehr schnell wohl zu fühlen. In Hermanus haben wir auch tatsächlich Wale beobachten können, vom Boot und von der Küste aus. Tags darauf haben wir dann noch eine White Shark Tour von Gansbaai eingebaut, die auch sehr beeindruckend war! Der Abschluß in der Kuzuko Lodge war genau der richtige Ort um noch einmal Ruhe aufzutanken. Anja und ich möchten uns ganz herzlich für Ihre Hilfe, Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bedanken und würden Sie und Ihr Reiseunternehmen jedem Interessierten ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen.

Thank you again for the perfect arrangements for our Safari, we had a truly wonderful time. It is bucketing rain in London, so the contrast couldn’t be greater. The arrangements were very well configured for a family holiday, and the sequencing of Sun City first, then Jaci’s worked very well. At Sun City, we availed ourselves of pretty much every activity, and found the segway safari , the water slides and the crocodile sanctuary particularly compelling. The rooms at the palace were large and spacious , only small niggles were a drainage problem with one of the sinks as well as very zealous staff who didn’t always understand the Privacy Please sign. The gym being located in a different building meant that we didn’t use it. Small things and definitely didn’t detract from the overall experience. Great choice in food and wine, service was top notch and friendly. Jaci’s was wonderful. It was a quiet week there so we got lots of individual attention by everyone. The Guide (Thomas, real name Sello)who took us on our game drives was nothing short of outstanding. He made the experience unforgettable. The food was excellent, with thoughtful consideration given to food intolerances. The lodge was wonderfully spacious, colourful and individually decorated. it looked like there had been a recent redecoration and everything was nice and fresh. The location by the watering hole was unbeatable, and probably the greatest differentiating factor. As nice as some of the other lodges were, i wouldn’t actually want to stay in any over lodge at Jacis because of the location of the Nare suite. Jaci’s was genuinely child friendly, as you had said. We felt very safe there and were given good advice and reassurance on safety. We left without so much as a single mosquito bite – which is a great achievement! 10/10 for the experience and we would certainly come to South Africa again. Very best regard to you and your team, thank you again for coming to see us at the airport when we arrived. That was greatly appreciated.
